Shaquille Cruz

Transparency Researcher

Shaquille Cruz joined the Nevada Policy Research Institute in March of 2019 as a transparency researcher for the Transparent California and Transparent Nevada projects. In 2016, his multinational team placed 2nd in the International Institute of Humanitarian Law’s 16th Law of Armed Conflict Competition in San Remo, Italy. Shaq enjoys business podcasts and studying free markets. He is an alumnus of the United States Coast Guard Academy.
