Constitutional Rights

The Nevada Constitution protects the rights of Nevadans from government overreach. Unfortunately, government officials and even the Legislature have too often chosen to ignore the limits imposed by the state constitution, which has led to ever-growing government. Nevada Policy believes in our constitutional, republican form of government and works to protect those principles through our education, research and advocacy efforts.
