Paul Bachman

Paul Bachman is Director of Research at Beacon Hill Institute. He manages the institute’s research projects, including the development and deployment of the STAMP model. Mr. Bachman has authored research papers on state and national tax policy and on state labor policy. Each year, he produces the institute’s state revenue forecasts for the Massachusetts legislature. He holds a Master of Science in International Economics from Suffolk University.
